Great experience overall. I brought in my laptop in January. Gabby was very communicative throughout the repair. Pricing was up front and reasonable. ($120 for the repair plus the cost of any parts needed) After assessing the problem, Gabby told me what needed replacement, the associated cost, and delivery timeline for the part. Laptop is working great.

I recently brought in my damaged PC to Hamilton Computer Repairs, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the moment I walked in, Chloe greeted me warmly and provided excellent assistance. Throughout the repair process, I received regular updates on the status of my PC as different components were tested for damage.

The shop offered me several options for fixing my computer, and they were incredibly accommodating to my needs and preferences. When I returned to pick up my PC, I had the pleasure of meeting Gwen, who had just started at the shop. Despite being new, Gwen went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and even offered to help me out to my car since my hands were full.

Overall, my experience at this computer repair shop was exceptional. The staff, particularly Chloe and Gwen, were incredibly helpful, approachable, and attentive to detail. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of computer repairs or assistance. It's a solid 10/10 from me, and I'll definitely be returning for any future computer needs.

i purchased a new laptop from here today and it works good and im so glad i did i personally would recommend them to anyone the young man who helped me was ryan very helpful with everything from in store to me calling back and he helped with both thank you guys so much i will most definitely be back .... You guys they did it again they fixed my bby once again and omg I love them so much they always know what they doing absolutely the best have gotten two laptops from them and both work so good ty Hamilton repair u guys are totally awesome...

I stepped on my laptop and cracked the screen. My entire life is on that laptop; I depend on it for everything. High anxiety. I Googled laptop repair and picked Hamilton because of the great reviews. I was not disappointed! They kept me well informed about every step and pricing. I dropped it off on a Friday, picked it up on the following Monday.

This place has its act together. Friendly, professional transparent and affordable. The quotes I got from other places we’re in upwards of 200 more than what I paid when all is said and done. I was fearing the worst in terms of whether anyone could fix my desktop without wiping the hard drive and I’m happy to report it’s as good as new. Thanks Hamilton. I’ll be back!
